What is a workspace?
A workspace is a designated space for you and your team to work in. When creating a new workspace you'll be given a unique URL you and your team members can access your private workspace with. Your unique URL would look something like https://my-team.mahiboard.com. Within the workspace you can invite members, manage projects, collaborate and much more.
How does the payment model work?
Each workspace will have its own subscription plan, you usually will only need one workspace for a company or team. You pay per member in the workspace, which are called "seats". If you current plan is allowed for 5 seats, then you can have up to 5 user in the workspace. You can always add or remove seats from a workspace under the settings page.
Who can see my workspace?
Only members who have been invited to your workspace can see your workspace. During the creation process, you'll be given the opportunity to invite members, you can also always invite new members after a workspace has been created too. Any user who has not been invited or was removed from a workspace will not be allowed to view the space.
